We do our best to ship out all products ASAP! However, since we have low overhead that helps in keeping our prices so low that sometimes during a rush we might get a little backlogged but, we still do our best to ship out your items in about five business days.

If for some reason an item is broken and cannot be used whenever it is received we will replace the item or refund the money minus the shipping cost. Lingerie items cannot however, be returned for obvious reasons. So please make sure you order the correct size.
